Is delivery free, and when will it arrive? Any free-shipping qualification is determined during checkout. Typical processing is about 1–2 business days; estimated transport then takes 3–5 business days, without a guaranteed arrival date.

What if I chose incorrectly or no longer want the item? Return and exchange requests are accepted for defective and non-defective goods during the 30 days following delivery. A change-of-mind return requires a new, unused item with its original condition, packaging, labels, and accessories preserved. Ask for authorization before mailing it. A complimentary return label comes in the parcel, and there is no restocking charge.

How are faulty or incorrect orders handled? Provide the purchase reference, checkout email, problem details, and pictures or video of the goods and package when reporting damage, faults, wrong items, or missing pieces. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 days after approval, while exchanges are subject to inventory.
