Refund Policy

A return is available for defective as well as non-defective products, and exchanges are welcome. Choosing the wrong item, changing your mind, or preferring something different are valid non-defective reasons. Return eligibility is limited to new, unused merchandise kept in its original state, including its packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories.

The application window is 30 days from delivery. Contact us during that period with the purchase reference, email entered at checkout, and an explanation. If the goods are damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or substantially unlike the description, explain the problem. Photographs or a video showing the product and its packaging are required for damage, faults, wrong shipments, or missing components.

Please wait for authorization before mailing a return. The return method is postal shipment using the complimentary label supplied inside the parcel; no restocking charge applies. We can exchange an item subject to available inventory. Following approval, we process a refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
